What can Ireland learn?

The Jews have learned well from the Nazis and Joseph Stalin's pogroms.

Their objective is simple and immutable: to achieve a homeland from the Nile to the Euphrates as promised by the patriarch Abraham four thousand years ago .

Have a look at a map of the Near East (above). Abraham's reputed journey from Ur/Basra (near Babylon on the Persian Gulf) north to Haran (near Sanliurfa in south-eastern Turkey and near the source of the Euphrates in the Armenian Highlands), then west through Aleppo (Syria) and south to Damascus and Beersheba, to Zoan (Cairo, Egypt), and finally back to Bethel (near Ramallah, just south of Jerusalem).

If you superimpose this journey on a modern map by drawing one line from Latakia on the Turkish-Syrian border through Aleppo to Haram, and a second line from Eilat on the southern tip of Israel to the delta of the Euphrates at Basra, you will see the extent of Israel's ambition derived from its 4000-year-old mandate.

Israēl, meaning "El (God) persists/rules", often interpreted as "he who struggles with God"), refers to the patriarch Jacob who, according to the Hebrew Bible, was given the name after he successfully wrestled with the Angel of the Lord.

Israel's confidence in this mandate is no less strong or immutable than the Muslim Arabs' belief in the salvation of Allah; in dire misfortune, ' Allah Akbar ', in times of hope, ' Allah Akbar '.

To Muslims, God is Greater than whatever they are experiencing in life. They will die for Allah.

Therefore, there will be no two-state solution.

Ireland, a land settled for well over 2000 years, is being sold out from under our feet in the cause of Globalism. As more and more economic migrants, attracted by the lure of the temperate, prosperous West flee the equatorial regions, local entrepreneurs attempt to take advantage with no thought given to the integrity and cohesion of their own country. Thirty pieces of silver: Sovereignty, Treachery and The Good Muslim.

I can explain this newsletter in one sentence: Islam is coming to Ireland with the single intent of taking over this island.

Is that plain enough for you?

This letter consists of four discussions followed by "Rules of Engagement".

1. The Theft of Sovereignty; attempts at Globalisation by the European Union with the connivance of certain Irish politicians.

2. Treachery.

Make no mistake; we are at war! It is evident that we, the People of Ireland, have been betrayed by our own government, therefore we must act accordingly.

We must join in Europe with Hungary, Slovakia and Poland by rejecting the Asylum Pact Solidarity proposals by having our MEPs join pressure groups such as ID or ECR in the European Parliament and taking power WITHIN the organisation.

'Europe' has many positives (for Ireland), so you don't scuttle the ship for the crooks she carries.

1. The Theft of Sovereignty

The attempted theft of our sovereignty as a nation is now upon us. ( Sovereignty - noun, supreme power or authority; eg. the "sovereignty of Parliament". )

We have always been suspicious of the Supranational aspects of the EEC/EU going all the way back to 1972/3 when Ireland signed the EEC Accession articles.

I remember we were most concerned with the phrase ' Ever Closer Union ' which was contained in the Preamble to the 1957 Treaty of Rome and reiterated in later treaties such as Maastrict (1992), for this presaged a ' United States of Europe ' which would subsume our ability to retain control of our own, sovereign country and decide upon our international alliances and allegiances.

That day has now come to pass.

We are now in May 2024 and Europe has passed an ' Asylum & Migration Pact ' which will oblige us to take in a vast number of legal and illegal migrants resulting in the inevitable demolition of Ireland as we know it, and of an Irish society and culture that has been formed over hundreds and hundreds of years, which is universally admired, and which exalts us above the nations of the world.

EEC/EU

In considering this attempt by certain actors to emasculate the sovereign power of the Irish people over their own country, it is instructive to look at the history of the EEC/EU (the 'Common Market').

The Treaty of Rome, or EEC Treaty (officially the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community), brought about the creation of the European Economic Community (EEC), the best known of the European Communities (EC). The treaty was signed on 25 March 1957 by Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and West Germany, and it came into force on 1 January 1958.

Originally the "Treaty establishing the European Economic Community", and now continuing under the name "Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union", it remains one of the two most important treaties in what is now the European Union (EU).

The treaty proposed the progressive reduction of customs duties and the establishment of a customs union. It proposed to create a common market for goods, labour, services, and capital across member states. It also proposed the creation of a Common Agriculture Policy, a Common Transport Policy and a European Social Fund and established the European Commission.

The treaty has been amended on several occasions since 1957. The Maastricht Treaty of 1992 removed the word "economic" from the Treaty of Rome's official title, and in 2009, the Treaty of Lisbon renamed it the "Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union".

The underlying political objective of the European Coal and Steel Community was to strengthen Franco-German cooperation and ** banish the possibility of war in Europe . **

Partly with the aim of creating a United States of Europe, two further Communities were proposed, again by the French. A European Defence Community (EDC) and a European Political Community (EPC).

While the treaty for the EPC was being drawn up by the Common Assembly, the EDC was rejected by the French Parliament. The idea of a ' Supranational ' community was rejected by, among others, President Charles de Gaulle of France, giving rise to the more indefinite/insidious concept later developed as 'Ever Closer Union'.

Ever Closer Union:

In blind pursuit of this ideal, the natural Irish people have been vilified in their own country, by their own government, accused of being insular, regressive, 'far-right', as if we are incapable of running our own affairs.

In successive EU treaties, we have idly given away our God-given right to make decisions for ourselves. In the final coup-de-grâce against the Irish people, their government - their OWN GOVERNMENT - ordered the police (in riot gear and balaclava masks) to attack and pepper-spay their own people at Newtownmountkennedy in County Wicklow on 26th April 2024 because the citizens held a lawful protest against the forced insertion of over 100 foreign men into their village.

By the time the invasion from Africa and the Middle East - including Gaza - is in full swing, our only hope will be for the citizens of Ireland to arm and defend themselves and their beloved country. Otherwise, we will be consigned, ignominiously, to mythology, like the Formorians and the Tuatha Dé Danann.

5. Rules of Engagement in Ireland -

These rules are intended to apply to the whole island of Ireland because we are determined to protect the whole island from the scourge of untrammelled and enforced immigration.

This matter is so crucial to our existence and future that we are forced to subjugate ALL law to our righteous ability to deport illegal and undesirable immigrants in order to defend our island.

Therefore, we reject the ruling of the High Court in Belfast on 13th May 2024 which ordered the "disapplication" of sections of the British Illegal Migration Act as they undermine human rights protections guaranteed in Northern Ireland under post-Brexit arrangements.

(The Illegal Migration Act provides new powers for the government to detain and remove asylum seekers it deems to have arrived illegally in the UK. Central to the new laws is the scheme to send asylum seekers to Rwanda.)

If necessary, we will withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) if membership of that organisation continues to impede our right to deport those who are personae non gratae on our shores.

We are well able to set up our own Bill of Rights even if this compromises the Good Friday Agreement (1998) which has now served its purpose.

* The Irish government must immediately agree an arrangement with Britain to cooperate in the Rwanda/Albania and similar defence schemes.

* The present government of the Irish Republic has shown itself to be incapable of/unwilling to uphold and defend the Rights of the Natural Irish People as demanded by Bunreacht na hÉireann . This government must be replaced.

* An immediate moratorium on immigration, other than that which is necessary to fulfil identifiable needs of Industry, Agriculture, Health etc., rigorously policed.

If this means a temporary military/police presence on the border between south and north Ireland, then that's what has to be done until the 'North' gets the message and institutes comprehensive restrictions at ports of entry in mutual advantage with the South.

This MUST be done hand-in-hand with the 'Irish Sea Border' while Unionists come to the realisation that this is the greatest dilemma facing ALL bona-fide residents of this island.

Be clear : this influx of Islamists and other agitators is the biggest problem this country faces - bar none !

Regardless of the EU Asylum and Migration Pact , Ireland must take to side of Poland and Hungary at the European Parliament and force change to the system from within. No MEP should be elected who favours the Pact.

* All immigrants must be rigorously questioned and scoped on Eurodac ~.

~ Eurodac is a large-scale IT system that helps with the management of European asylum applications since 2003, by storing and processing the digitalised fingerprints of asylum seekers and irregular migrants who have entered a European country. In this way, the system helps to identify new asylum applications against those already registered in the database.

We recognise the difficulties with 'The Deep State' presented by Eurodac, but it is an appropriate mechanism until the current crisis is resolved.

* The authorities in all of Ireland, north and south, must immediately put in place facilities to stop all arrivals by boat, bus or plane and rigorously interrogate travellers about their plans and documentation. Inconvenient I know, but would you prefer to lose your country??

* All migrants without documentation must be immediately returned to their port of departure.

* All provisions to enable extended families and relatives to automatically join immigrants must now be stopped.

* Any and all charitable money provisions to immigrants must be paid ONLY in the form of a limited-amount debit card. No cash should be issued. Shops and other suppliers will be geared up to accept these cards.

Our 'obligations' to immigrants do not extend to drastically compromising our own people.

* All Irish passports issued to immigrants must now be rigorously reassessed and citizenship withdrawn if necessary to maintain Public Order and defence of our borders.

* Illegal immigrants must be immediately declared persona non grata and their 'rights' withdrawn. The government shall repatriate undesirables without reference to lawyers.

* The privilege of voting will not be extended to illegal immigrants and other suspicious individuals.

* All candidates for public office must be rigorously interrogated as to their loyalty to Ireland and their knowledge and appreciation of Irish culture, traditions and history.

Mosques :

* All building of additional mosques must be stopped and planning permission refused. You will recognise a Muslim Brotherhood mosque: it is also a business centre and a hub of sedition. - Look at the British experience: https://x.com/i/status/1773471399794888862

* Police must step in to IMMEDIATELY break up any 'Prayer Meeting' held outside a mosque. NO 'prayer meetings' will be permitted in the vicinity of National monuments such as THe Dail/Assembly, the GPO, Croke Park etc. https://x.com/i/status/1774428712827560391

* On no account will Muslims be permitted to buy, or otherwise take over, Christian churches in Ireland.

* All Muslims and other suspects whose allegiance is to a foreign institution must be banned from working as Gardai.

* ALL political parties which run a Muslim candidate MUST be denied your vote because, as required by the Quran, these candidates are answerable ONLY to Allah. They are happy to lie to YOU , to deceive and subvert democracy for their greater cause.

* All local communities MUST run a slate of Independent candidates to ensure that the Irish keep control of their local, community, parliamentary and European constituencies. Mutual assistance must be made available to all bona-fide candidates. The existing parties no longer have the confidence of The People - see ' Treachery ' above.

* All local communities MUST set up a Citizens Committee, suitably equipped , to regularly patrol the streets and break up fractious gatherings including congregation by foreigners around shops, thus blocking the footway, and the use of foreigners to evict Irish people from their homes. If the Gardai will not do it, we will.

Remember: These people do not care about dying!

* There shall be no no-go areas in Ireland.

* All aberrant and uncivilised behaviour to be curtailed on the streets, by legal force if necessary, including Citizen's Arrests, as the Gardai seem less than interested. YOU have the right to defend yourself, your neighbours, your society and your country.

Part off the strategy of The Muslim Brotherhood is to place students, fellow travellers, useful idiots and sympathetic academic staff in schools, colleges, universities and the Media in order to disrupt normal activities, disturb meetings and conferences (with violence if necessary), preach loony-left attitudes, 'cancel' speakers, including Christians (not hard in a broadly secular society), tear down ancient monuments and Christian crosses, and exploit fissures in Society, specifically Gaza/Israel, Ukraine/Russia and 'Trans' ideology,

Hijab:

Division of the sexes by labour and space is a fundamental of Islamic society; no veiling/hijab (when women go out), no Islamic society.

Silly western girls 'practicing' wearing a hijab is an introduction to (habituation to) Islamic society and the compulsory isolation of women from men.

Wearing a Hijab in Ireland must be discouraged and its promotion banned in schools. 'World Hijab Day' will be banned in Ireland.

(World Hijab Day is an annual event founded by Nazma Khan in 2013, taking place on 1 February each year in 140 countries worldwide. Its stated purpose is to encourage women of all religions and backgrounds to wear and experience the hijab for a day and to educate and spread awareness on why hijab is worn. Why bona fide immigration is a DISTRACTION.

It is crucial the the Irish People know what is happening to their country, their island, their home.

We have an established way of life in this country. It isn't perfect, but its ours, it took hundreds of years to develop, and we are content to live, prosper and die in it.

But Ireland is now a target for takeover by the forces of Militant Islam and Sharia Law.

We welcome bona fide refugees and work-permit holders who are allowed in to fill the skills gap and reconcile themselves to the Irish way of life, support themselves, pay their taxes, and do their best to integrate.

But it is understandable that there should be an emotional reaction by Irish towns and villages to the uncontrolled influx of migrants taking up homes and premises which would otherwise go to care homes, housing, hotels etc. This tears the heart out of communities and sets neighbour against neighbour.

But that is NOT the main problem. That is a distraction.

What is REALLY happening is this -

Because of climate change, western imperialism in the 'Third World' and the dictates of the Muslim faith, Ireland - and other European/Christian countries - are being targeted by Muslim Fundamentalism for FORCED CONVERSION to Islam.

Action to be taken IMMEDIATELY -

The first thing we have to do is vote out of office those soft-headed, ignorant politicians who sanctioned this prostitution of Ireland. This means we must run independent, Ireland First, anti-Jihadist candidates in every constituency, local, national and European.

You have to consider: What is more important, my loyalty to a political party or my loyalty to Ireland in her time of dire need?

Remember, regardless of the 1951 Refugee Convention (now discredited) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), we can preserve our integrity within the EU by joining such EU Parliament groups such as ID (Identity and Democracy). Secondly; begin to set up a local Citizens Patrols in each town and village where migrants are accumulating. These Patrols should coordinate their efforts across parish boundaries for mutual assistance.

These Patrols shall be independent of the Gardai and PSNI who can not be trusted to defend the rights of the indigenous Irish.

All Patrols should march under the insignia of Ireland. No flags or banners of other Interest groups will be tolerated, but all fit individuals will be welcome to participate.

This role of Citizens Patrols will include :

* observing the activities of single, male migrants, particularly those who have arrived, without passports, from predominantly Muslim countries, and more particularly, from those countries where The Wagner Group is active.

It is important that you know about the activities of the Wagner Group and their role in infiltrating Fundamentalist Muslims into Europe. Read abut The Wagner Group, who they are, what they do Click here.

* immediately curtailing any attempt by Muslims to harass, question or otherwise inconvenience or dispute with Irish people in the streets, at historical statues or buildings of national importance;

* Ensure there shall be NO 'no-go' areas in Ireland. Community Patrols, with an identifying emblem such as a sash, bonnet or hi-vis vest, will walk the streets in groups of at least four where Muslim men tend to congregate and try to intimidate Irish citizens from walking their own streets. Remember, these parasites can be armed and ruthless.

If there is a 'foreign' shop where Muslims live, let the patrol go in and buy a small item. We want people in our country to behave normally, by our standards.

* ensure that no additional places of worship are built in the country, other than those needed for the normal and reasonable exercise of religious observance; all planning requests for mosques to be questioned and investigated and Imams monitored for rabble-rousing sermons.

Prayer Meetings are particularly contentious. Muslims are called upon to pray five times a day. In the absence of a mosque in the near vicinity, they will demand to pray wherever they are; in schools, shopping centres, beside your cherished national monuments and, in the case of some cities in Europe, in the middle of the road. The fact that they are blocking traffic is of no concern to them.

This all adds up to intimidation tactics. If you allow this to develop, it will become customary, mandatory! And you will have the devil's bother controlling it.

* ensure that no business, commercial or social premises is imposed upon the streets of our cities and villages that are out of character or are likely to lead to the vexatious congregation of groups determined to intimidate the citizenry;

* ensure that there is NO positive discrimination in favour of immigrant groups other that that which is accorded to reasonable and legal migration sanctioned and rigorously enforced by the State acting on behalf of the people of Ireland.

* All Muslims running for election should be disowned by their political party on the grounds that their higher loyalty is to Jihad , not to their political party or to Ireland.

* Any Muslim canvassing for election or for a political party should be dissuaded by the local population and should return to a secular life.

* In view of the threat to our country, any Irish person who allies him/herself with a Muslim candidate or canvasser risks compromising him/herself in the eyes of their local community.

* ensure that no Rights are assumed by migrant persons or groups when such Rights are the privilege only of natural Irish citizens.

* The Irish Republic and 'Northern Ireland' must join forces in this initiative to stop migrants coming to Britain and then traveling to Belfast (without a passport) and then walking into the Irish Republic (without a passport).

Or indeed migrants, having been given an Irish passport, using the EU Common Travel Area to get into Britain and Europe!

Both Ireland and Britain must realise they risk giving clear passage to Sharia Law!

The Splintering of Schengen

Why Ireland must prepare NOW for the assault on our land.

When I was a young man in Tyrone back in 1973, and Jack Lynch and Edward Heath had signed Ireland and Britain into 'Common Market' (EEC), we were suspicious and wary of it for several reasons:

1. we worried that Ireland was signing away our status as a republic for which we had fought for so long, and this could compromise our celebrated Neutrality;

2. we were most concerned with the phrase 'Ever Closer Union' which was contained in the Preamble to the 1957 Treaty of Rome and reiterated in later treaties such as Maastrict (1992).

3. the possible creation of an EEC/EU army and what that would mean for our relationship with NATO (of which we [Ireland] were not, and currently are not, a member) but of which Britain, and therefore 'Northern Ireland' is a member.

There is no doubt that we were 'insular' in our views to some extent (we could hardly be other, living as we did on the scrag-end of Europe), and while we recognised the purpose and good intentions of the Treaty of Rome to prevent further conflicts in Europe like WW2, we didn't want to be swallowed up by a 'European super-state'.

So, what's happening now (2023)? Why is this Blog entitled 'The Splintering of Schengen'?

First , What is Schengen'?

The Schengen Agreement * is a treaty which led to the creation of Europe's Schengen Area, in which internal border checks have largely been abolished.

It was signed on 14 June 1985, near the town of Schengen, Luxembourg, by five of the ten member states of the then European Economic Community. It proposed measures intended to gradually abolish border checks at the signatories' common borders, including reduced-speed vehicle checks which allowed vehicles to cross borders without stopping, allowing residents in border areas freedom to cross borders away from fixed checkpoints, and the harmonisation of visa policies.

In 1990, the Agreement was supplemented by the Schengen Convention which proposed the complete abolition of systematic internal border controls and a common visa policy. The Schengen Area operates very much like a single state for international travel purposes with external border controls for travellers entering and exiting the area, and common visas, but with no internal border controls. It currently consists of 27 European countries covering a population of over 400 million people and an area of 4,312,099 square kilometres (1,664,911 sq mi).

Originally, the Schengen treaties and the rules adopted under them operated independently from the European Union. However, in 1999 they were incorporated into European Union law by the Amsterdam Treaty, while providing opt-outs for the only two EU member states that had remained outside the Area: Ireland and the United Kingdom (which subsequently withdrew from the EU in 2020).

Schengen is now a core part of EU law, and all EU member states without an opt-out which have not already joined the Schengen Area are legally obliged to do so when technical requirements have been met. Several non-EU countries are included in the area through special association agreements.

This qualified-majority vote in September 2015 opened a can of worms, harking back, as it does, to our earliest reservations about 'Ever Closer Union' and a 'European Superstate' (led by Germany, inevitably).

Why was the 2015 vote considered 'deeply divisive'?

The Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia all voted against a mandatory quota, while Poland deserted its regional allies to side with a decision pushed by Germany and France.

The defeated four expressed resentment at what they perceive as western – and especially German – bullying. Slovakian and Czech politicians reacted with anger to a move they claim would alter the fabric of European society. Germany thanked Poland for breaking ranks with its fellow central Europeans.

Uniquely in the EU, Britain refused to join in the resettlement and had a legal exemption. Ireland and Denmark also have opt-outs, but offered to participate. ~~

Some commentators have claimed that proposed changes to the EU Treaties- driven by QMV - would mean some nations risk becoming 'vassals' in a German-dominated superstate.

These proposed changes include strengthening the role of the European Parliament, the establishment of a both Defence Union and an Energy Union, and limitations on the power of veto for members of the EU27, without the need for unanimity.

Poland, for example, is an EU and NATO border state and asserts that by transferring defence to the EU and creating an EU army, it would cause difficulties with NATO, adding that not being able to react quickly to the hybrid war on their borders - as Poland, the Baltic States and Finland have had to do - would weaken the EU.

Those backing the proposals argue that some the member states do not understand that, to deal with the current list of internal and external challenges, the Union needs to change as soon as possible.

Why should the island of Ireland be interested in the current machinations in Europe?

Given the febrile nature of the Irish migration debate at time of writing (December 2023), it is not difficult to see that Ireland in in the eye of this particular hurricane.

Ireland has always been a generous nation to those fleeing war and persecution. We feel deeply the need to thank those who took pity on us during An Gorta Mór - the Great Famine - of the 1840s & '50s and other calamities of our benighted country.

And there are some who would take advantage of our unquestioning inclination towards inclusion and charity.

In order to appreciate the apocalyptic (I use that word unapologetically) possibilities facing our small country, we MUST quantify the threat to us by Militant Islam. This blog should be read in conjunction with our blog ' Climate and Migration '.

Why must Ireland be ready?

If I were a warlord in Eritrea or Mali or Algeria, compliant with the strictures of Jihad and Shari’ah, and witnessing the extremes of climate change and continued Western exploitation of my countries, I would look north at the Temperate zones of Europe and consider them ripe for the plucking.

Supine governments, hamstrung by democratic obligations and conventions. Immigration policies dictated by foolish, often-deviant pressure groups. Political elites more interested in personal wealth, position and power than a realisation of the creeping menace which is about to engulf them...

A key reason Muslims choose to migrate to non Muslim ( preferably western Christian countries ) is because those countries are peaceful, well ordered, with freedom of expression and conscience, the rule of law, have good infrastructure ( roads, railways, medical services, schools etc) and a thriving economy which isn't cursed with rampant incompetence and corruption.

Muslim countries are invariably economic and social basket cases. Wherever Muslims congregate they tend to turn those areas into replicas of the places they have left. That's why Muslims are reluctant to migrate to other Muslim countries. And indeed, other Muslim countries don't want them. For example, not Egypt nor Jordan nor Syria wants Palestinians - fellow Arabs!

Ireland is a member of the United Nations, therefore the previously-stated applies - ' any Muslim-ruled state, which is a member of the United Nations, is by default in a peace agreement with all other members of the UN by way of the UN Charter. When a Muslim state enters the agreement to be a member of the UN, it actually enters a 'contract'. Islam requires Muslims to fulfill all contracts that have been agreed upon, regardless of whether the contract was signed with Muslims or non-Muslims, as defined in The Quran, 5:1, 2:177'.

Therefore, Ireland is safe, and secure from Jihadi threat...?

That's what some in Ireland would like to think. That's the line the Irish government, in its naïveté, pumps out to the population as an excuse for its inaction.

Oh dear!

Statements by Militant Muslim leaders on social media and elsewhere regularly state that the objective of jihad is to bring the whole world under Sharia law . Listen to a French Imam here .

When challenged on these statements, these leaders will often say that ordinary Muslims are peaceful, but, as in every country/religion, there are a few hotheads who go to extremes and, of course, they do not have the support of Islam.

Given the stated mandate behind The Tawheed when planted in foreign soil (see blog ' Climate and Migration '), anyone who believes that is very foolish.

It is plain that Muslims, in their quest to impose Sharia Law on the world, and given that they do not have the military resources of the West, have chosen instead to infiltrate their activists in the guise of refugees into western countries, including Ireland.

We can only work on the basis that these activists will attempt to destabilise Ireland from within, and given the most recent statements by the Irish government on migration and the definition of 'family' (the average number of family connections following a successful migrant to Ireland is TWENTY and one middle-east migrant has recently applied to bring his extended family of SEVENTY to Ireland), we must conclude that they are succeeding, and therefore Ireland - the whole island - must NOW take defensive action.

Climate and Migration

Climate change means massive population movements.

If you live in Tullyhoge (Tulach Óc), or Ballymacarret, or Ennistymon, or Slievenamon, this will be of interest to you. We're going to talk about climate...

People like us like moderate temperatures. We're used to it. We live in a temperate zone.

And when we jet off on our holidays to Frigiliana or Ibiza we like it to be around 70 or 75 Fahrenheit. A little sea breeze, and you're off in your tee shirt for a leisurely walk. Very nice. More than that, too hot for the white man.

But in recent years, things have changed. We all know about it; warmer this, wetter that. hottest day since records began, that sort of thing. And whether you put it down to Global Warming, it is clear that things have changed. Forest fires, melting ice, animals confused about the seasons, decline of Species.

In the town of Lytton, British Columbia, Western Canada, for example, on 29th of June 2021, temperatures reached 49.6° centigrade - that's 121° Fahrenheit! In that part of the world, houses are mostly made out of timber, and the TV news showed local people running down the main street trying to keep ahead of the fire as house after house spontaneously combusted.

And yes, they did try to fry an egg on the pavement. Reports are it stayed runny.

The average temperature in the interior of British Columbia isn't a lot different to Ireland; a bit hotter in Summer, colder in Winter. More snow.

Now, if you look at a climate map of the Mediterranean, you will see an unwelcome development.

A 2020 study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) stated that -

'Although global climate models vary in many ways, they agree on this: The Mediterranean region will be significantly drier in coming decades, potentially seeing 40 percent less precipitation during the winter rainy season.'

This radical change in Mediterranean climate may be attributed mainly to a marked decrease in rainfall in an already-parched area, and a report by the IPCC* that temperatures in the Med. are rising about 20% faster than the global average. In fact, the target of restraining global warming since the beginning of the Industrial Era to 1.5° c. has already been reached, and passed, by the Med region. What this means, in practical terms, is an expansion of the Sahara desert.

The Sahara is creeping North, effecting not only the countries south of the Med. vis Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and The Levant - but also our favourite holiday destinations - Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

With a population set to reach 657 million by 2050 in Mediterranean areas vulnerable to extreme events, more people are likely to be affected in the future.

So, if you live in Portrush or Waterford, what has this to do with you?

Given the pressures on basic existence, it is not surprising that millions of people in the Med/Sahara region are looking north with envy at the pleasant temperate zones of Germany, France, Netherlands, Britain, and Ireland, and thinking "What a nice little piece of Real Estate!"

You will have already seen the boats swamping the Italian island of Lampedusa; a million migrants in Germany; thousands of young men lost at sea off the coast of Tunisia, race riots in that bastion of equality and easy living, Sweden! Tent cities in Stradbally...

And of course, they were welcomed here, in general. We are a generous people; we owe the world a debt of gratitude; the world provided us shelter during our worst days, An Gorta Mór (The Great Hunger) of the 1850s. We have not forgotten.

And on top of that, we are members of the European Union. We have ' international obligations' ; we have done well. A successful economy (the Irish Republic) which must be maintained, a mobile, educated, sophisticated, wealthy population, an international reputation for service to the 'Third World', a trusting nature...

But we also have a question to answer, a big question. As said earlier, by 2050, there will be 650-odd million people in Mediterranean areas vulnerable to extreme events.

And the question is: 'What's to be done with them?'

How far will the milk of human kindness extend? Particularly if they are coming to our shores with malicious intent?

We are not talking about the odd boat-load of unfortunates. We are talking about enforced Population Displacement.

In politics, it is always necessary to have an enemy or adversary. Not necessarily because you don't like somebody/some group, but because it is by identifying an 'enemy' that we can identify a point of difference between us and the other guy. That way, WE can make a succinct case for your vote.

So, who is to be our 'enemy'. Can we point to an entity? a group? a religion? an ethnicity? whose values at this time are so different/anathema to ours that we can legitimately identify, define, and isolate them as an 'enemy'?

Given the scenario painted above, we in the West must identify MUSLIMS as our adversary. Their circumstances are clear, their objectives are clear, their difficulties are clear, their methodology is clear. We can make a legitimate case against them, as they will make against us as 'infidels'.

Therefore, if you live in Ballymena or Lisdoonvarna, your chief pre-occupation looking to the future, is NOT a return of Stormont, for that is a discredited, useless, hopeless aspiration; it is NOT a return to the 'Union', for the 'Union', like 'Northern Ireland', is dead, is unwanted, and has no future.

Your pre-occupation should be a unity of the Irish people in the building of a Christian Democrat Front that can go to Brussels and engineer a common consensus against the creeping invasion of Europe by Muslim infiltrators. (See our Blog on the ' Splintering of the Schengen Area ').

The Cost of Being Irish - Unionists should read this.

Being Irish is a privilege; it does not come cheap.

In January of 2022, the Cambridge University Students' Union hosted a debate on the motion 'That This House Believes Northern Ireland ought to remain part of the United Kingdom'. Click HERE

The speeches were fairly interesting if predictable, and the motion was lost with a large number of abstentions.

However, one of the more engaging contributions came from Jeffrey Donaldson, leader of the Democratic Unionist Party, who went to great lengths to defend his claim that he is Irish .

Now, Jeffrey Donaldson is a Unionist, an Empire Loyalist. I am an Irish Nationalist, and we have something in common; we were both Planters .

And there our paths diverge.

My people were from Scotland and arrived in Ireland many generations ago. And somewhere along the road, we decided to shoulder the Irishman's burden and go native. Whether that was a profitable thing to do at the time, I do not know.

But we adopted their customs, language, sports, music, their history, their outlook, their trials and tribulations, their mythology, and in time, with the zeal of the converted, I suppose, we became Níos Gaelaí ná na Gaeil féin - 'more Irish than the Irish themselves'.

And after a further time, after we had paid our dues - for there are dues to be paid - we became, with many other people, the very epitome of what it is to be Irish. So that people would look at us - or listen to us - and say 'He's Irish' or 'She's Irish'.

It is said that if the great heavyweight boxer Muhammad Ali was dropped out of an aeroplane anywhere in the world, the People would come out to meet him, and the People would smile. This despite the fact that he was a racist, a religious crank, and black. Such was the force of his personality, and the fundamental truth of his cause, that people were driven to overlook his human frailty and hail him as a hero.

The Irish are a bit like that; now we can travel all over the world, and are generally met with a smile.

Such a reception is hard-won, and not to be surrendered cheaply. Just look at the world-wide social media response to our sportspeople, our dancers, our writers, our horsey people, our singers and musicians; Great admiration, and a little envy, perhaps...

In marketing terms, Ireland and the Irish are one of the strongest brands you will find anywhere. This tiny country - We are respected and applauded for our humour, our success, and our resistance to tyranny and oppression.

Addressing the Houses of the Oireachtas on 28 June 1963, John Fitzgerald Kennedy said that " no small country has done more to advance the cause of liberty throughout the world, than the Irish ".

And in the aftermath of the First World War, when many countries were in the early awakening of their independent spirit, they looked to Ireland for an example of how to kick off the shackles of an oppressor.

So it is not surprising that Jeffrey Donaldson would like to claim to be Irish.

In fact, he says if there were a United Ireland, he could not leave because ' his blood is in the soil '.

But, of course, Jeffrey Donaldson whatever he is, he is not Irish at all!

His loyalty and his allegiance is to a foreign monarch. Think of how ridiculous that is; he claims that his family has been on this island for 400 years, that's ten generations, yet he never integrated with the Irish People. Why?!

He never assumed the Irishman's burden. In fact, he took up arms against the very people he claims to be one of by joining the Ulster Defence Regiment, and his father before him!

He might live upon the soil of Ireland, his blood might be in that soil, as he claims, but he is not OFF the soil. He remains a Stranger.

So, contrast now, if you will, the reputation of the Irish and the reputation of the Planter who never integrated, who never threw in his lot with the People, who never helped this small island to take its rightful place as a beacon of freedom and hope for the world.

For years, they tried to do down the nationalist/catholic/Irish natives. But they were caught out by the international community, by television, by free commentators in the 1960s and '70s, and they have never recovered.

Ignored in America, laughed at in Europe, despised in London, Northern Ireland Unionists are friendless. And if you are not convinced of that, read their own literature; read the Unionist Voice in which they bemoan the antipathy of the media towards them and ask 'Why does nobody love us?'

The answer is simple; 'Northern Ireland', their experiment in oppression and gerrymandering, has failed. Like the Boers in South Africa, their time is up.

Whatever war they were fighting, they have lost .

Northern Ireland is now dying; that is evident. The English are 'taking back control' as Johnson and others would have it, and going Nationalist; their United Kingdom is obsolescent and breaking up; the Irish are in the ascendant on their own island. The Anglo-Irish Agreement and the Good Friday Agreement and 'The Windsor Framework' have done their work well.

So what are we to do with these people who are so rigid, so bigoted and so isolated that, after all this time, they will still not integrate with the Irish People on this island? The answer is We will ignore them, and leave them to fester as they cower behind their siege walls and hurl their truculent, antediluvian attitudes at the world. And we will go on to take back our island and our rightful place in the world.
